MARTIAL ARTS: Luke Hall follows wife into being inducted into Hall of Fame
A HEREFORD taekwondo instructor has followed his wife in being inducted into a Martial Arts Hall of Fame.
New Business: Kick with IntegrityIntegrity offers ATA Tigers, Karate for Kids, a teens and adults class for ages 14 and up, and a leadership program for ages 7 and up. Master Michael Plessel is the owner of Integrity Martial Arts. Plessel has been practicing martial arts for 28 years and teaching martial arts for 23 years.
‘Being the solution’Taekwondo Grand Master Vince Church eyed the line of two dozen students sitting on the edge of the martial arts training mat. He pointed to two boys dressed in the athletic T-shirt and shorts – less formal than the classic dobok martial art uniform – on a warm summer afternoon last week.
